She has a passion to help clients reach their optimal potential and believes massage therapy is an excellent way to relieve stress for mind, body and soul.

Lauri moved to the beautiful town of Smiths Falls along the Lower Rideau in 2019. She enjoys spending her downtime on the waters of the Rideau System either fishing, boating and kayaking with family and friends.

Patricia obtained her degree in Kinesiology at Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador, and added to that with her Massage Therapy diploma in Halifax, NS, quickly followed by passing the CMTNL certification back in NL. Patricia brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience gained over the last 19 years of practice, including acquiring personal training designations through CanFitPro and CSEP.
Patricia is a dedicated therapist who is committed to understanding her client's needs, adapting to their comfort level and guiding them on their wellness journey. The ability to help people in all aspects of relieving stressors, managing pain or pursuing relaxation is not only a passion, but an honor for her. She enjoys creating lasting connections with everyone she has had the privilege of working with. Patricia is part of a Military family and has had the opportunity to treat people all across Canada including Gander, NL; Greenwood, NS; Shilo, MB and has been residing and working in Smiths Falls for the last six years. She is not limited to, but has a particular interest in Core Confidence, backed up by a recent core confidence program she studied in 2022, women's health issues and intra-oral work to help with clenching and grinding.
Patricia is excited to be welcomed into the Beyond the Falls Wellness space and looks forward to treating both old and new clients here. Until she has the opportunity in the future to head back home to the Rock, she finds comfort in bringing the Newfoundland vibe to her treatment room. And just like the ocean's sound in a seashell, if you listen really close, you'll hear the sounds of Newfoundland surface every once in a while in her speech. You can take the girl out of Newfoundland, but you'll never take the Newfoundland out of the girl.
When Patricia isn't in the clinic walking a healing journey with patients, you'll see her out in the community at many sporting events with her two children, or volunteering at the school. She enjoys nature, and spends time with her family camping, hiking and walking. When she's able to carve out some quiet time she also enjoys crafting, coloring and knitting.

Nataliia and her boys recently moved to Smiths Falls leaving behind their home country of Ukraine from where she was born and raised. Why move to Canada she was asked with her reply being “because it is a peaceful country where you can plan for the future”. Nataliia believes in her motto that “the body is a temple in which the soul lives”. In school, she devoted most of her time to human biology and anatomy, as well as learning from her grandmother's medicines and interest in non-traditional medicine. She entered the Chortkiv State Medical College, after which she worked as a massage nurse. She received her certification as a biology teacher at the Kremenets Humanitarian and Pedagogical Institute. In 2018, she graduated from the First Regional Massage Course and opened her own massage studio in Ternopil. Nataliia began studying Osteopathy in Kyiv however was unable to finish her studies as she had to leave her country. Thanks to the many massage techniques offered by Nataliia, including blade therapy, you will see great results in your treatment. Stay tuned for more treatments Nataliia has to offer.
