If only little ones came into the world with a guide. When our babies cry and appear uncomfortable, it can be difficult for the caregiver to know what to do with them to help them feel better. We change them, burp and rock them to sleep, but sometimes they may need just a bit more. It is amazing what a massage can offer your little one.

Let Lauri teach you how to massage your little one.
Massage helps increase the bonding between baby and their mother, father, partner and or other caregiver.
It teaches both the caregiver and the baby how to relieve stress while helping to increase relaxation through use of touch. It can assist in relief of colic and gas, constipation, tension in the abdomen and also regulate sleep patterns.
Parent +1 Caregiver can join in this session and you will leave with confidence and tools of massaging your child.
